On placing an order from this website you are accepting the following terms and conditions.
1. ORDERING PRINTABLE ART ( digital downloads )
Add the product(s) you want to order to your basket, and once you’re ready, click on checkout. You will then be able to pay securely via Paypal. You don't need to have a Paypal account, all you need is a valid credit card.
Colors when printed may vary slightly to those shown on my website, due to monitors/tablet/phone screens, all displaying colors slightly differently. I recommend reading my How to print guide for details on downloading and printing files.
Refund policy for downloaded products
Please note that once files have been downloaded, the order cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.
2. ORDERING ART PRINTS
My art print shop is entirely powered by FineArtAmerica.com . By placing an order in the shop, everything is handled by FineArtAmerica: payment, printing, framing, shipment etc.
Please note that if you're not happy with a purchase that you made through FineArtAmerica.com, for any reason, you can return it to within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, they shall issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. However, Fine Art America does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
3. BUYING AN ORIGINAL ARTWORK
Chosing an original artwork based on computer images is not always an easy task because you might asking yourself a couple of questions:
- are the colors on the computer images exactly like the original painting ?
Be assured that all the images you can see on my website are high quality images and come very close to the colors on the original. Though you might see the colors a bit differently depending on the device you are using. So I recommend to have a look at the presentation images on a couple of different devices ( mobile phone, laptop, larger PC-screen for example). In addition, you may send me a message asking for additional pictures ( close up pictures for example) or even a short video. Please use my contact form to message me.
- will the painting fit in my room where I plan to hang it ?
Something I have done many times already in the past for clients that did not have the possibility to come to my studio and have a look at the painting they were interested in, is to ask to send me a picture of the room with the wall where the painting is planned to be hung. I do then a photo-montage and send it to him, so he can see the painting hanging on the wall in his room, which makes it much easier to take the right decision.
If you live in Luxembourg or the Greater Region of Luxembourg, the best way to proceed is to arrange an appointment and come to my studio to have a look at the original artwork or artworks yourself. You may then decide if or if not you are willing to purchase it. Furthermore, if you want to be 100% sure that it fits in your decor, I can come to your home and hold it against the wall where you plan to hang it. You can look at it from a certain distance and then decide if you want to purchase it or not.
- if I live in a foreign country and have paid to receive the artwork delivered to my front door, what happens if I don't like it or if I change my mind ?
Please know that I offer a 14 day money-back / satisfaction guarantee. You may decide to return the painting within 14 days of the delivery date. If you decide to do so, you will need to arrange the return at your own cost and the artwork must be fully insured in transit. As soon as I have received the artwork, I shall issue you a refund through PayPal, but I shall deduct the shipping costs that I paid to get the painting delivered to your door.

The Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect and use your personal information when you purchase an item from me, contact me
or otherwise use my services through this website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control.
1. Information I collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address and payment information in case you pay with a credit card. Whereas I can see your personal information ( name, email-address and postal address), I shall never have access to your credit card information, as the payment process is completely handled through PayPal. Your email-address will never be used for any other purpose than to fulfill an order on this website or to send you updates about new products or upcoming events, in case you subsribe to my newsletter.
2. Why I need your information and how I use it ?
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect and use your information, including:
– as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, send a reminder email to finalize an unfinished order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
– when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my newsletter
